This is an excellent opportunity to take a key leadership role on a large-scale infrastructure project, supporting the successful delivery of complex highway and bulk earthworks operations. Sub Agent Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing daily site operations on highways and earthworks packages. Supporting the delivery of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement, and highway construction works. Supervising engineering and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements. Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and supporting mitigation planning. Undertaking QA/QC inspections and ensuring accurate site records are maintained. Coordinating with the Site Agent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and designers.
