This is a fantastic long-term opportunity offering 12 months of work, with an immediate requirement for an experienced Sub Agent to join the project from 24th August 2026. The Role Supporting the Site Agent with the day-to-day delivery of the bulk earthworks package Managing and coordinating site activities and subcontractors Monitoring progress, productivity and programme requirements Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications Liaising with engineers, site management, subcontractors and the wider project team Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to the required standards Assisting with planning, sequencing and coordination of earthworks operations Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management Requirements Proven experience as a Sub Agent within civil engineering Strong background in bulk earthworks Experience working on major infrastructure, highways or large-scale civils projects preferred Strong understanding o...
