Working alongside the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of complex civil engineering works, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship project within a collaborative and forward thinking delivery team. Sub Agent - Key Responsibilities Support the Site Agent in the planning and delivery of multiple work packages. Manage day-to-day site operations across earthworks, highways, drainage, and structural works. Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. Coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor progress against programme and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
