Sub Agent Hertfordshire Are you an experienced Sub Agent with a strong civil engineering background and specialist experience in large-diameter water infrastructure and trenchless construction? This is an opportunity to join an established Tier 1 civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering technically complex water infrastructure projects across Hertfordshire. The business has strong in-house engineering capability and a direct-delivery model, offering exposure to major infrastructure schemes alongside the opportunity to develop your technical, commercial and leadership experience. The Role As Sub Agent, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering works, supporting the Site Agent and Project Manager while coordinating engineering, design, programme, commercial and project controls. The role will have a strong technical focus, including trenchless construction and pipe jacking, large-diameter water infrastructure and the management of complex design. You will also lead and develop an engineering team of approximately 3 4 people, ensuring project outputs, quality, assurance and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
