This is a secure, 1-year contract package focusing on critical maritime protection assets, including coastal repairs, rock revetments, and concrete defence structures.Whether you are an established Sub Agent or a capable Senior Engineer looking to step into management, you will work closely with the Project Manager to run site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with environmental and tidal constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesSection Management: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and physical delivery of coastal defence repairs, revetments, and concrete structural elements.Temporary Works: Act as the Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) on site, managing the temporary works register, verifying designs, and signing off permits for marine and coastal operations.Tidal and Environmental Planning: Plan and manage short-term look-ahead programmes (3-week / 4-week), tailoring site logistics and daily shifts around tidal windows and sea conditions.Engineering and Quality Assurance: Oversee site engineering control, ensuring Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), material specifications (e.g., ..... full job details .....
