ROLE TITLE

Sub Agent - Heavy Civils

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Promote a strong safety culture and carry out regular site inspections and audits.
• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure temporary works and environmental controls are properly planned and managed.

Engineering & Construction

• Lead the engineering delivery of a defined section of works.
• Coordinate engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Resolve technical and construction issues with the project and design teams.
• Ensure effective setting out, surveying and engineering control.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, constraints and required actions.

Heavy Civils

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Earthworks and groundworks
• Reinforced concrete and structures
• Foundations and retaining structures
• Roads, pavements and hardstanding''s
• Temporary works
• Infrastructure and enabling works

Quality

• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Manage inspections, testing, NCRs and handover documentation.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate
