SUB AGENT Lower Thames Crossing NEOS Engineering are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join an established engineering contractor working on the Lower Thames Crossing project.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent / Section Engineer / Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, earthworks and major infrastructure to take responsibility for a defined section of the project.You ll provide leadership across the engineering function, coordinate delivery with the wider construction team and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial requirements. THE ROLE As Sub Agent, you ll take ownership of a defined section of the Lower Thames Crossing, overseeing engineering activities and supporting the delivery of major civil and earthworks packages.You ll work closely with the wider project team across Engineering, Construction, Commercial and Planning, ensuring resources are effectively managed and works remain aligned with programme and project requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support the engineering team, providing clear technical direction and guidance.
