Sub-Agent

We''re looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team based in Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer. Location: Southern Water office Chatham / FalmerHours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Sub-Agent, you''ll play a vital role in coordinating, planning and delivering preconstruction and construction phase activities for our projects under the Southern Water AMP 8 Framework. You''ll manage operational resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards whilst maximising customer satisfaction and profitability. What will you be responsible for? As a Sub-Agent, you''ll be working within the Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team, supporting them in delivering outstanding results for our customers. Your day to day will include: Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery Leading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring What are we looking for?
