This permanent opportunity would suit an experienced Sub Agent or a Senior Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will support the Site Agent in managing construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities: Manage site activities across highways works, including earthworks, drainage, kerbing and pavement construction. Coordinate engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. Prepare and review RAMS, work package plans and short-term programmes. Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report against programme milestones. Maintain quality records, inspections and as-built information. Support commercial reporting by recording site changes, resources and progress. Liaise with the client, supply chain and wider project team. Requirements: Experience delivering highways or civil engineering projects.
