In this role, you will lead and control a section of the works, managing a team of Section Engineers and Site Engineers within the same discipline. You will drive operational excellence while championing health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environment: Lead incident investigations, review method statements and risk assessments, carry out audits, and manage permits including Confined Space and Hot Works. Engineering Control & Quality: Guide and coach team members in technical requirements, setting out, and the resolution of construction issues. Take ownership of handover documentation and quality compliance processes. Productivity & Commercial: Produce fully resourced stage programmes, track KPIs, monitor weekly costs against the budget, and assist with subcontractor procurement and management.
