Sub Agent

A permanent opportunity exists for a competent Sub Agent to join a Tier Two principal Contractor. Having progressed through the civil engineering ranks from a Site Engineer, your experience should assist you to deliver high quality projects on time and to budget.

Daily duties for this opportunity will include

• The day-to-day management of the works
• Assisting the PM with planning, resourcing, and coordination
• Create and implement RAMS and ITPs
• Assist and ensure the setting out is delivered accurately and to program
• Subcontractor management
• Track costs and produce progress reports
• Record documentation

Requirements for this opportunity include

• A civil engineering qualification
• Previous experience in a similar post as a Sub Agent
• Competent in surveying and setting out
• Capable of project planning and scheduling
• Confident communicator and effective leader capable of managing teams and subcontractors
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
