Sub Agent

Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Sub Agent to support the delivery of infrastructure and energy projects across Scotland. This is a hands-on, site-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating operational activities to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.Role OverviewAs Sub Agent, you will work closely with the Site Agent to manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed efficiently and in line with project programmes. You will contribute to planning, risk management, and reporting while maintaining strong communication with project teams and clients.Key Responsibilities Maintain awareness of programme targets and drive site activities to meet key deadlinesManage site operations effectively, ensuring safe and efficient work practicesAttend and contribute to pre-start and progress meetings on sitePrepare and review site documentation, including site plans, risk assessments, and method statementsImplement cost control and programming measures to support project deliveryEnsure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental management systemsMonitor and report progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standardsProduce detailed reports to track contractual milestones and liaise with clients Requirements Minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in civil engineering project deliveryProficient in setting out and related ..... full job details .....
