Site Manager A9 Infrastructure Project Location: Ballinluig, Perthshire Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm Project: Major A9 infrastructure works The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major infrastructure project along the A9, based out of the site offices in Ballinluig. This opportunity is suited to a Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background and demonstrable experience delivering highways and infrastructure works. Candidates must have relevant experience across roads and highways, earthworks, structures and drainage, with the ability to manage site operations safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, maintain high health and safety standards, and ensure works are delivered to the required quality and programme. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations across civil engineering and infrastructure works. Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Oversee the delivery of roads and highways, earthworks, drainage and structures packages. Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety legislation, environmental requirements and project procedures. Monitor progress against the construction programme and address any delays or operational issues. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and other resources to maintain productivity.
