      <description>Location: Heathrow | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Sub Agent – Groundworks &amp; Borehole Package - Heathrow Airport  We are currently recruiting for an experienced  Sub Agent  to join a major civil engineering project, overseeing a  groundworks and borehole package . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a long-term infrastructure scheme. Key Responsibilities 	 Managing the delivery of groundworks, excavation, drainage, earthworks and borehole investigation works. 	 Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to specification. 	 Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits and construction documentation. 	 Monitoring programme, progress, costs and resource requirements. 	 Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project procedures. 	 Liaising with engineers, commercial teams, client representatives and stakeholders. 	 Managing temporary works, quality assurance processes and handovers.  Requirements 	 Previous experience working as a  Sub Agent , Senior Engineer or Section Engineer on major civil engineering projects.
