Sub Agent

Carmichael are seeking a Sub Agent to join the team working on a highway’s infrastructure project based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The position may also require you to travel to other site locations within the area.

• RAMS
• Programmes
• Programme / phasing mark ups
• Assisting or overseeing site progress / programme
• Assisting or overseeing project health, safety and quality
• Measures / take offs – need to have experience of using bluebeam
• Material take offs / call offs / stock takes
• Assisting with material procurement
• Material reconciliations
• Toolbox talks
• Lift plans
• Inspection test plans / quality management
• Record keeping
• Site meetings
• Cat & genny scanning and service marking
• Temporary works reviews / planning
• H&S inspections
• Assisting with change management
• Role will either include working across numerous projects up to £4m or be based on one project as required
• Required CSCS card and ideally SSSTS or SMSTS
