This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Sub Agent with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects , managing site teams and subcontractors across a range of packages including earthworks, drainage, utilities, highways, structures, and reinforced concrete works. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations and delivery of civils packages. Supervising engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits, and work package plans. Managing quality assurance, inspections, and as-built documentation. Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and Heathrow operations teams. Monitoring programme performance, productivity, and commercial targets. Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
