      <description>Location: Buckinghamshire | Salary: &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | About the Role   We are seeking an experienced  Sub Agent  to join a major HS2 project based in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of complex civil engineering works, including  viaduct construction, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, drainage and associated infrastructure .  Reporting to the Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing sections of work safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, quality and budget requirements whilst supporting the wider project team in delivering one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.   Key Responsibilities   	 Manage and coordinate the delivery of viaduct, earthworks and structural packages. 	 Lead site teams including Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen. 	 Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements. 	 Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments and ITPs. 	 Manage subcontractors and monitor performance against project objectives. 	 Coordinate labour, plant, materials and temporary works requirements.
