Sub Agent Location: North West London Rate: £500-£600 per day (Inside IR35) Contract Length: 12 months Sector: Rail / Civil Engineering Infrastructure Employer: Tier 1 Main Contractor The Opportunity Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project. This contract opportunity will focus on managing complex construction packages including reinforced concrete works, drainage, structural steel, temporary works, architectural fit-out, shafts and headhouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget and in accordance with strict quality requirements on a large-scale rail project. Key Responsibilities Support the Agent and Project Manager in delivering key project milestones. Manage and coordinate site operations, engineering teams and subcontractors. Oversee construction activities involving: Reinforced Concrete Structures Drainage Works Concrete Walls and Slabs Structural Steel Installation Temporary Works Architectural Fit-Out Packages Shafts and Headhouses Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved construction methodologies and project requirements. Review and approve RAMS, ITPs and work package plans. Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery actions where necessary.
