Job Title: Sub AgentSite Office Location: Located near AB42 3ED (approx. 6 miles / 12-minute drive west of Peterhead Town Centre). Convenient access from the A90 and Longside Road.Shift hours: 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. The first 42 hours are paid at the normal rate; everything after that is paid at 1.25. Candidates are also required to work one Saturday a month from 7am to 13:00 pmPay rate: 240 day rate inside IR35 Role Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to lead and control a dedicated section of works near Peterhead. Reporting to senior site management, you will lead a team of Section Engineers and Site Engineers, taking full ownership of engineering delivery, safe systems of work, quality assurance, productivity programming, and subcontractor management.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Safety: Lead site safety with a Zero Harm focus, manage and coach engineers, and review/improve RAMS, permits (including Confined Space and Hot Works), and temporary works implementations.Incident and Safety Management: Lead accident/incident investigations, conduct site/field audits, and carry out trend analysis to drive continuous safety improvements.Engineering Control and Quality: Guide engineering staff on complex setting out, oversee technical problem solving, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and take ownership of handover documentation (Green Files).Planning and Productivity: Produce fully resourced stage programmes, track KPIs, ..... full job details .....
