The right candidate will have the desire and skills to support with the development of independent studying and learning that can lead to student success- and confidence. They will oversee the delivery and running of the study programme and signpost students to access the right services and support, whilst managing their movement across the campuses. You will take direction from the Head of sixth form and work together to build positive outcomes for all students whilst focusing on their wellbeing and learning needs at all times.
