We partner with Higher Education institutions such as Universities and Colleges across the UK.    The role:    We are currently recruiting for Study Skills Tutors (ASC) based in and around Birmingham that can offer a hybrid approach to supporting students with Autism – this means you must be able to provide  both online and in-person support.      Responsibilities:   As a Specialist One-to-One Study Skills Tutor (ASC), you will be responsible for supporting students during their studies and helping them to develop effective learning strategies including:   	 	 Understanding assignment expectations – helping students to understand ambiguous or complex questions and breaking them down 	   	 	 Structuring essays and coursework – developing logical essay plans and organising ideas into clear arguments  	   	 	 Managing academic reading   	   	 	 Executive functioning for coursework – realistically blocking, estimating and managing time  	   	 	 Academic writing skills   	   	 	 Notetaking and process info...</description>
