Sauveur is fiercely people-centric and ensures that every aspect of its event design embraces everyone involved with thoughtful moments, unexpected details, and its considered approach to planning.Sauveur is looking for an excited, outgoing, and brilliantly organised individual to join the team as Studio and Operations Manager assisting across studio operations and event delivery.
Responsibilities
Studio-specific role
Managing day-to-day office operations, corporate accounts, contacts
Support the Director with the daily studio operations and management
Managing Sauveur’s info@ email address, enquiries, and studio traffic
Ensuring Sauveur’s website and documents are kept updated
Supporting across the growth and development of the Sauveur brand and image including social media, studio newsletter, and content management
Finance and business operations
Working with the Director to manage Sauveur’s payment runs, accounts payable, client invoicing
Assisting Director with the Studio’s budget
Management of staffing allocations
Overseeing Sauveur’s business flow, capacity, and staffing
Ensuring the Studio is optimised with smooth working practices, company policies, and working tools
Assisting with team and freelancer onboarding and management
Event-specific roles
Supporting Sauveur’s event teams with staffing, logistics, travel arrangements
Assisting with BOH operations and onsite management
Onsite events support and operations on larger projects
Oversight on the Studio’s equipment inventory, event supplies, and deployment
Who we are looking for
An outgoing, relaxed, yet laser-focused individual
A creative person who cares about detail and aesthetic
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the events industry with operational and office management experience
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of email and web hosting, Dropbox and Mailchimp is welcome
Language skills (French, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
The role will be based in the Sauveur Studios offices: London, E8 4DT. The team work in the offices from 3 days per week with some flexibility for remote working. Occasional onsite and international work is to be expected.
Studio and Operations Manager : £40,000 per annum
Sauveur is dedicated to being a fair-paying employer and regularly reviews its salaries based on an employee’s progress and role.
