Part-time Studio Services Assistant £15,500 - £16,500 (£29,000 - £31,000 pro rata) An exciting opportunity to join this award winning and friendly architecture practice in a newly created role as their part-time Studio Services Assistant, based in their offices in Farringdon. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and is anticipated as a Monday to Thursday in studio position. 10:30am 4:00pm (20 hours per week over 4 days) Although this is a 4 day per week position, it is possible the working hours will increase over time and flexibility will be needed Benefits include:4.5% Pension, Health insurance, complimentary daily breakfasts, learning and development programmes, volunteer days The successful candidate will possess a proactive, flexible and welcoming manner - this is a key role which supports the busy front of house as well as the overall studio. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, having gained front of house/reception experience from within a professional office setting. Excel in organisation and being able to manage priorities in a busy and demanding environment. A flexible, can-do attitude, with the ability to pull together within this welcoming, inclusive and collaborative team.
