The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience supporting children with social, emotional or wellbeing needs.
• Be confident in building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Demonstrate patience, resilience and professionalism when responding to challenging situations.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• Be able to provide two recent professional references.
