Student Support and Enrichment Officer - TEMP

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Student Support and Enrichment Officer to provide cover across both sites. The role will involve supporting students throughout the college day, helping to maintain a positive and engaging environment, and acting as a key point of contact for learner support. The successful candidate will be approachable, proactive, and confident working with young people in an educational setting.Please note: Ideally, you will hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, a DBS check will be required prior to starting.Student Support and Enrichment Officer Across Redhill Site and South Croydon Site£13.00 per hourFull Time Temporary Immediate Start AvailableLikely working pattern will be 2 days at the Redhill site and 3 days at the South Croydon site, although this may vary depending on operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Enrichment SupportEngage positively with students throughout the college day.Supervise the student common room and hub areas.Support enrichment activities and college events.Assist with sports-related activities where applicable/qualified.Student SupportAct as a visible and approachable point of contact for students.Support returning learners back into lessons and college routines.Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive student environment.About YouExperience working with young people or within an educational environment preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Calm, approachable, and confident manner.Ability ..... full job details .....
