Working within a centrally coordinated, digital-first service, you ll play a key role in ensuring students feel heard, supported and guided to the right help at the right time.You ll manage a varied caseload, offering structured support through assessment, triage and one-to-one sessions, while working closely with colleagues across the University and external services to deliver a consistent and compassionate student experience.What You ll Do:Provide empathetic, trauma-informed support to students experiencing wellbeing, mental health or practical challenges.Manage a caseload, delivering one-to-one support sessions both online and in person.Carry out assessment and triage, identifying appropriate support and next ..... full job details .....
