Student Success Officer

University of the Arts London (UAL) have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and goal-oriented candidate to join the UAL Online team as a Student Success Officer. This role will be pivotal in shaping the learning journey of students and guiding them through their degrees from initial enrolment through to graduation. You will play a critical part in connecting with individuals, understanding their aspirations, and providing key information at timely intervention points to ensure high levels of progression, retention and achievement across all our degrees.
