In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners, helping them overcome barriers, improve attendance and engagement, and achieve positive progression outcomes. You will provide personalised support to learners, build strong relationships, offer guidance and encouragement, and work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure learners receive the support they need to thrive. Key responsibilities include: Providing one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support. Supporting learners to improve attendance, engagement and achievement.
