This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced student support, welfare, customer service or administration professional to join a busy Student Services team and make a positive impact on students educational journeys. This is a temporary full time role to start asap until the end of October initially. As the first point of contact for students, you will provide high-quality information, advice and guidance on a range of topics including wellbeing, financial support, safeguarding, learner support funds and access to college services.
