What You’ll Do
As a Student Services Coordinator, you’ll provide outstanding support to students, guiding them in:
- Careers advice and higher education progression
- Financial support, bursaries, and benefits guidance
- Pastoral care and personal wellbeing
You’ll also:
- Assist with UCAS applications and the Careers Education Programme
- Maintain accurate safeguarding and wellbeing records
- Represent the organisation at events and promote a positive student experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping others
- Confident communicating with students, staff, and external partners
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in student support or a customer-focused role
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases)
- Level 3 qualification minimum, GCSE English & Maths at Level 2
- Level 6 Careers Education IAG (or willingness to work towards) is desirable
