Student Services Advisor

Signature Recruitment is recruiting a Student Services Advisor to join a busy Student Hub within a well-regarded higher education institution. This temporary, full-time opportunity is based in South East London and is fully office based. Starting immediately, the role is initially for three months with potential to extend. You''ll work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, earning £17.32 per hour plus holiday pay. Working within the Student Hub, you''ll be a key first point of contact for students throughout their academic journey. You''ll respond to enquiries face-to-face and through email, telephone and live chat. Whether answering a straightforward question, explaining a university process or connecting someone with specialist support, you''ll make sure students receive clear and timely information. You''ll also maintain accurate student records across different systems and help keep online information useful and up to date. Your work will help students navigate university services with confidence while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Student Hub. You''ll join a friendly, collaborative team where good service and communication are central to the working day.
