As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for attracting prospective students and supporting current students in their progression to further study, driving both recruitment and retention. You will promote the institution and the Student Referral Scheme, provide personalised advice on courses and progression pathways, and guide students through the application, enrolment, and transition processes. Through proactive engagement and relationship-building, you will help students make informed decisions while contributing to recruitment, progression, and retention targets.
