About the Role As Student Recruitment Insights and Forecasting Analyst, you will play a key role in helping BIMM University understand, predict and improve student recruitment performance. Working within the Data and Insights function, you''ll provide expert analysis of the student recruitment pipeline, from enquiry through to enrolment, using forecasting, scenario modelling and performance insight to identify risks, highlight opportunities and support informed decision-making across Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams. What You''ll Do: Analyse recruitment performance across the full student journey, identifying trends, conversion patterns, leakage points and key drivers of performance.
