This role is ideal for an energetic educator or youth worker dedicated to making a measurable impact on young people''s lives. Acting as the primary pastoral guide for post-16 learners, you will lead weekly group sessions, track academic targets, and ensure every student is fully supported to achieve their potential and progress into higher education or employment.About the SettingThe college offers a supportive, modern educational environment catering to post-16 learners across diverse subject pathways.
