As the portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced property professional to become the central point of contact for lettings, maintenance coordination and day-to-day property operations. This is a varied and highly visible role where no two days are the same. One morning you could be arranging viewings and securing tenancy agreements, the next coordinating maintenance works, supporting students with queries or ensuring key compliance records are up-to-date.
