Our Further Education provision is continuing to grow, and we are investing in a new FE Inclusion Team to strengthen the support available to students and curriculum teams. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Student Inclusion Officers to provide a visible and responsive presence across our FE College. You will work alongside Personal Tutors, curriculum teams and specialist services to support students experiencing barriers to attendance, engagement, behaviour, participation or belonging. Learners with SEND and additional needs will receive particular priority, including those whose needs may be emerging or not yet formally identified.
