Student Financial Success Officer

The role As Student Financial Success Officer, you will lead a forward looking approach to financial education that sits alongside our existing financial and student success services. Your work will focus on equipping students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage their finances effectively at every stage of their Surrey journey. You will create and deliver an engaging programme of workshops, resources and tailored support that helps students make informed financial decisions, lessens the impact of money worries on their studies and wellbeing, and supports strong continuation and graduate outcomes. You will work closely with colleagues across Student Experience, Student Success and related services, acting as a visible specialist on bursaries, scholarships and financial capability. Drawing on data and insight, you will identify students who may be at greater risk of financial difficulty and coordinate timely, targeted interventions.
