Duties include: Be a positive brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service. Provide CARE (Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage) to create a great student experience. Build relationships with students, listen to their needs, and direct them to appropriate support. Respond promptly to student feedback, resolve issues, or escalate when necessary. Follow all company policies, procedures, and ways of working. Support sales by handling enquiries, conducting in-person and virtual viewings, and promoting accommodation at events.
