We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor to join a busy
and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.
Shift Pattern
Full-time hour
Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm
5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.
Duties will include:

  • Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries
  • Carrying out regular building patrols
  • Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures
  • Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors
  • Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Providing excellent front of house customer service
  • Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations

  • Reliable with strong timekeeping
