This rewarding role focuses on helping pupils successfully re-engage with education through personalised mentoring, pastoral support, and collaborative working with families, schools, and external professionals. Support may take place in a variety of settings including schools, homes and alternative learning environments. You will play a key role in helping young people overcome barriers to learning, improve attendance and engagement, and achieve positive outcomes. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance are essential for this role.
