You''ll also support students experiencing complex or sensitive situations, making sure they are connected with the right specialist support where needed. You''ll manage your own caseload, support students through formal processes, develop useful guidance and resources, and identify themes from casework that can help improve services and strengthen the student voice. We''re looking for someone who: Has experience of providing confidential, impartial advice, information or support. Can manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate records. Communicates clearly and compassionately, including around sensitive issues. Has strong listening, problem-solving and organisational skills.
