Student Administration Assistant 14 per hour Temporary - currently until end of year, but potential for permanent opportunities Monday - Friday - 8am - 16:00pm / 08:30am - 16:30pm / 9:15am - 17:15pmBased in central London, fully office based (walking distance from Euston Station)We''re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused individual to join a busy and supportive education team during one of their busiest periods of the year.Why this role? This role plays a key part in supporting students as they begin their apprenticeship journey, helping to create a positive and professional experience from day one. You''ll be welcoming students, coordinating assessments, answering queries and providing essential administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be working across two centres, both located near Euston Station. On busier days, the centres welcome over 400 students, with up to 60 students sitting exams at any one time, therefore it''s essential that you are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Acting as a welcoming first point of contact at reception for students, staff and visitorsManaging phone and email enquiries promptly and professionallyProcessing course and room bookings accuratelyMaintaining clean and well-stocked communal spaces, including refreshments, supplies and general presentationMonitoring the day-to-day operations of the facility including reporting/resolving health and safety issues, ..... full job details .....
