We are recruiting for a Student Achievement Tutor to deliver tutorials, enrichment and pastoral support while helping learners prepare for their next steps. The Role Deliver engaging weekly group tutorials covering safeguarding, pastoral topics, careers, social action and study skills. Conduct 1-to-1 sessions and support students to set and achieve SMART targets. Manage a student caseload and monitor progress. Support attendance, behaviour and engagement interventions. Identify learners who may be at risk of non-achievement and put appropriate support in place. Support students with careers, progression and intended destinations. Monitor work experience, enrichment, Gatsby activities and stretch and challenge. Work closely with curriculum, safeguarding, wellbeing and support teams. Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies. Support students with safeguarding concerns and signpost them to appropriate services.
