Temporary Student Accommodation Manager – £20/hr | London SE1 | 4–8 Weeks

 Start Date: ASAP 
 Duration: 4–8 weeks 
 Pay: £20.00 per hour 
 Location: London SE1 
 Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, shifts between 8am–6pm
 What You’ll Be Doing
 As the go-to person on site, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and ensure students feel supported and safe. Your responsibilities will include:
 - Leading front-of-house customer service and reception
 - Handling student queries with warmth and efficiency
 - Escalating issues to relevant departments when needed
 - Overseeing building maintenance and facilities
 - Greeting visitors and managing emails and calls
What We’re Looking For
 You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead with empathy and clarity. Ideally, you bring:
 - Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
 - A strong customer service mindset
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Solid IT skills, especially with MS Office
 - Confidence working independently and making decisions
