Taking responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of the structures department, you will lead project delivery, develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the practice. You will play a pivotal role in setting standards, strengthening the team''s capabilities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, profitability and client satisfaction.
