Structured Transactions Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal with at least 1 year of finance experience to join a highly regarded finance practice at an international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious paralegal looking to build their career within a sophisticated transactional team that advises on a broad range of complex debt finance and structured finance matters. The team is particularly recognised for its work on securitisation transactions, capital markets products and asset-backed financing arrangements for a diverse client base of financial institutions and market participants.
