Structured Finance Paralegal US Law Firm LondonA leading US law firm in London is seeking a Structured Finance Paralegal to join its high-performing Finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Paralegal to gain exposure to complex, high-value structured finance transactions, working within a fast-paced, top-tier international environment.The Structured Finance Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Structured Finance Paralegal will support a busy and collaborative team advising on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters.You will be involved in:Assisting on structured finance and securitisation transactionsSupporting on CLOs, ABS and other capital markets productsDrafting and reviewing transaction documentsManaging due diligence processes and document review exercisesCoordinating signing and closing processesLiaising with clients, counsel, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictionsThis role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions, with close support from Associates and Partners.The Structured Finance ParalegalTo be considered, you will:Have prior experience within finance, banking, or capital markets (structured finance experience desirable)Hold a Law degree (or equivalent), with LPC / SQE completed or in progressDemonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skillsBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentShow a genuine interest in structured finance and complex ..... full job details .....
