Structural Technician

Structural Technician London An established and growing structural engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Technician to join its London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded technician who enjoys working on varied, design-led projects and wants to develop their career within a collaborative engineering environment. The Role You ll work closely with structural engineers, architects, contractors and other design professionals to develop clear, coordinated and technically robust structural information. The role will involve a varied portfolio of projects, including new-build, refurbishment, residential, commercial and heritage schemes, as well as more bespoke and technically challenging structures. Key responsibilities will include: Producing detailed structural drawings and models Preparing general arrangement, reinforcement and construction drawings Working alongside engineers to develop structural design solutions Coordinating structural information with architects and other consultants Detailing structures in steel, concrete, timber and masonry Assisting with surveys and existing-building information Supporting projects from concept through to construction Maintaining a high standard of technical accuracy and presentation About You We re looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented and keen to develop.
