Revit Technician / Senior Revit Technician

This is a forward thinking, people focused business with a hands on, director led approach. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where technicians play a key role in project delivery and are given real exposure from early design through to construction.

The role - You will be responsible for producing high quality technical drawings and BIM models using Revit, supporting civil and structural engineering projects across multiple sectors.

Working closely with engineers and the wider design team, you’ll contribute to coordinated, buildable design solutions and play an active role in project delivery at every stage.

Key responsibilities include

• Producing detailed drawings, 3D models and structural detailing using Revit
• Creating and managing BIM models to a high standard
• Coordinating with engineers and external consultants
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction
• Assisting with resolving design and coordination issues

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including

• High end residential and bespoke housing developments
• Commercial and mixed use schemes across the UK and internationally

About you

• Experience using Revit within a civil and structural environment
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and BIM processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a design team
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

For senior level roles

• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior technicians

• Ability to work independently on complex schemes
