An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in their Leeds office. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary, a flexible working arrangement, and a comprehensive benefits package.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be a capable and proactive technician with at least 3 years'' experience and strong technical knowledge across major construction materials (steel, concrete, masonry, and timber). You''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality detailing from concept through to construction.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCADSupport the delivery of a wide range of structural projects, from residential schemes to large multi-storey developmentsCollaborate closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to coordinate design solutionsMaintain high detailing standards and ensure designs meet project and client requirementsWork independently and take ownership of project deliverables, with minimal supervisionKey Requirements:Proficiency in Revit and AutoCADSolid understanding of UK building detailing standardsStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and autonomouslyBenefits Include:Hybrid working optionsCompetitive pension schemeHoliday buy/sell schemeA supportive and collaborative work environment
